«Gmiwärch» Skiclub Habkern

Am letzten Samstag stand beim Skiclub Habkern ein gemeinnütziger Arbeitstag auf der Mittelbäuert Allmend in Habkern auf dem (Jahres-)Programm. Bei bestem Wetter und sommerlichen Temperaturen wurde «Gschwented». Das bedeutet, es wurden wildgewachsene Sträucher und Büsche vom Land entfernt um damit gewesenes Nutz- oder Weideland wieder zu gewinnen. Für solche Einsätze sind die Landeigentümer jeweils sehr dankbar und dem Skiclub bringt es etwas Geld in die Kasse, welches beispielsweise wiederum für den Nachwuchs (JO) eingesetzt werden kann.
Sechs Clubmitglieder und ein JO-Mädchen fanden sich am Werktag «Gmiwärch» ein.
Für die Anwesenden war es körperlich ein strenger Tag, das Ergebnis der Arbeit am Abend und das tolle Wetter den ganzen Tag entschädigten jedoch die Strapazen.
Herzlichen Dank an die Mittelbäuert und an die Teilnehmer. Ebenfalls ein Dank geht an die Leute, welche uns Werkzeug zur Verfügung gestellt haben.
